TheMillionDollarMom Leadership Meeting

Last Thursday (25th Feb), The Million Dollar Mom was having the first leadership meeting. Total of 6 team members attended the meeting and we really had a good time that night.

I’ve shared with them about the “6 secrets of success in Network Marketing” and we discuss about the system and marketing plan for our home business success. This is a very powerful system and it really solves the problems of most network marketers facing nowadays. Most of the team members are very new in Internet and Network Marketing. However, they are willing to learn and I’m sure they gained lots of knowledge during the sharing.

If you are still using the old school way to promote your company and products, high chance you will face the following problems:

1) Lack of leads
2) Lack of money
3) Lack of marketing training
4) Lack of duplication

And in fact, most of the network marketers are struggling in their home business due to the above problems.

Here in TheMillionDollarMom, although we are in products based home business, we are not selling any products to anyone. I tried to let my team members understand that we should always respect other companies and their products. We should never tell others that our company is better than company A,B,C or our products are better than products X,Y,Z. This is not the correct way of doing network marketing. I was in KL (Friday and Saturday) meeting my team members in Malaysia and sharing with them the same. This is very important to let them fully understand how this business works and make sure they know we are doing the right way. Only when they know the correct way of doing this business in Network Marketing, they have confident in learning and earning.

This is really a great meet up with my team members in Singapore and KL. I look forward to meet up with them again!
