That is a great list. We would like add one that works for us.

Think about something that can really generate Win-Win results. In our case, creating something that can help local businesses saving money generate more sales while helping local shoppers save money getting what they want.

Put your target customer first and connect businesses to the majority of consumer will bring a great result! Just remember not to put yourself in the center of the web site you create.
